HOW DO I....
REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE?
Currently the practice list is open,
which means that as long as you live within the Practice Area, you can register
with us. Inform the receptionist of your wish to register and you will be invited
to have an initial check with a health care assistant. This enables us to record
some basic information about you as it may be several weeks before your medical
records are forwarded to us. It also gives you the opportunity to raise any concerns
you may have about your health.
You are registered with the practice rather than with a doctor. Nonetheless, you
have the right to express a preference to see a particular doctor and we will
make every effort to comply with such a request.
