CHANGE TO THE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM

The GPs now have pre-bookable appointments released at 4 weeks, 2 weeks, 2 days and 1 day in advance. Same day appointments are still available but all requests will be triaged by a GP so they can be allocated to the most appropriate person.

CALL CHARGES

If you feel your telephone call is costing more than it would have to a geographical number you can ask to be called back

STAFF TRAINING

The surgery will be shut for staff training on Tuesday 13 September from 12 noon to 4pm.
